"I found Alexander Jane on TikTok almost a year ago now. Since then I have placed multiple orders with them for everything from some of my favorite jeans and shorts to incredible bralettes. Sarah and her team are incredible. They have always been amazing with exchanges due to sizing and any questions I’ve had about orders. They have recently released their own line of AJ exclusives and both items I have bought from their line have been amazing! I love love love their AJ leggings and their essential skinny strap bralettes (I have 4 and wear them almost every day). I cannot wait for the Henley that I ordered as well as the Juliette bralette that I have had my eye on for ages. I just had yet another amazing experience with Alisha over TikTok about what appeared to be an order mix up. Turns out everything is all set and I should get both items with no problem. I’m just always so impressed with them I wanted to come here and make sure people looking into buying from them know that it is definitely worth it! I 100% recommend Alexander Jane!"

"Awesome customer service and products. I bought my wife some Judy Blue Jeans she's been wanting for Christmas from here and another boutique. I had her open them a bit before Christmas to make sure they fit and they didn't. I ended up returning both pairs to this place and the other boutique to receive store credit. Almost as soon as the shipping service scanned the jeans from Alexander Jane I received the store credit! Ordered her a new pair in a different size and they arrived to my house in about 3 days!! "STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! Supposedly had an interaction with the owner of the business through email. While, she claims that the tear in my wife’s jeans is at our fault (Picture attached), the jeans purchased from this company lasted 5 months before getting a full blown tear from the stitches of pocket. Not willing to provide any solution, I was told that because they provided us a discount, they lost money when considering the factors of running a business. If you like their items, you can buy them somewhere else by googling the item. Alexander Jane might not be able to get you the items because they might go out of business before shipping it to you. Update: if you look at the timing of all reviews, they all came after my initial review. Proceed with caution."
