"I want to preface this all by saying I genuinely enjoy the apparel/designs/quality and I have no issues with the associates that work there… the ONLY reason I will not be returning back to this location is due the the store manager, Mercedes. I do not believe she is a good representation of the brand or should be in a position of leadership. Every interaction I’ve had with this person has been short, rude, and unhelpful. She consistently demonstrates that she is annoyed by customers that are not her friends or anyone asking for specific help. If ALO would like to reach out via email or phone I would be happy to speak more to specifics related to my time in this store. Thank you and Be Well."
"Just spent $900 in the Kireland Scottsdale store, no one to help, no one to ck how I was doing in the dressing room. Rudest check out clerk I've ever encountered. Won't be back!"
"I found the return policy to be overly strict. Even if the tags are still attached and the return is only a little past the 30-day limit, they do not allow for exchanges. As a result, I had a negative customer experience and will not be shopping there or any store again. I suggest that the company consider revising their return policy to better accommodate their customers, and also consider training their staff to provide a more welcoming environment."
