"I have worn St John for years. I went into the Scottsdale Arizona store and there were things I wanted to buy but they didn’t have my size. The sales clerk said she could order them and send them to my house to try on and even though they were on sale she told me if I didn’t like them I could return them. After receiving the items, I returned some and she sent them back to me and said sale items were not returnable. I called St John and no one would help me or even care enough about me to listen to my side. I also had an item altered and the alteration looked terrible and they would not return that item even though their alteration lady did the work and the alteration looked terrible! Then to top it off, she never sent me a receipt for the items I had returned that were full price so I requested that and when I received the receipt she hadn’t returned items I had sent back. I wonder how many other items I have returned and they were never credited to my account!!! It was truly the worst experience I have ever had shopping! So make sure if they say you can return something you get it in writing. Don’t ever use their alterations lady. And check your receipts closely because they’re probably ripping you off."
