"A moment ago I bought a protection plan through Lowes for my refrigerator. Unfortunately this is who they sent to repair it. I explained what wasn't working and they refused to listen. They came out about 6 times and replaced pieces that were nowhere near the issue, and still have a refrigerator that is not working after 6 months of them coming to my home. Had an appt with them Monday. Waited around 4 hours for the call. They never called. Called them and they said the tech had already been there and nobody was home. I said I know they were supposed to call me 30 min ahead so I could go meet them for the repairs. He apologized and we rescheduled to today and was told they would call on the way. When I called todsy to see why they haven't called, they said they cancelled my appt, and decided to close the claim since I wasn't there for the appt Monday. I told them I spoke to someone Monday and it was rescheduled to today and he had agreed it wasn't my fault since they hadn't called me. So why would they just cancel my appt today and not advise me? Now here I am with a fridge still not working after 6 months and they've made all the money off of all of the work they did which had nothing to do with the issue going on. Do not use them, they are scammers, incompetent, and have very poor customer service skills and do not know how to treat people. ​"

"I have zero stars to give because they have not come out and repair my microwave like they were supposed to. I’ve been waiting for a month! I need my microwave repaired! I shared with your company, after they have come out the last time to fix it that it was starting to smell like something electrical was burning, and I was told that it’s because of wiring. My children and I live in my home and the last thing I need is for ANYONE to have to deal with losing either their lives, family member lives, and/or their homes, which could lead to other homes catching fire, over someone who lacks concern, lack of response, and professionalism. So, here is my review. I need my microwave repaired!"

"The technicians was on time, very polite and knowledgeable about the appliance. He spent a short while looking at the electronics and said that they didn’t have the part in stock ant it would have to be ordered. A week later he was back and replaced the bad part, and was gone in about 10 minutes. He was very efficient, professional and polite. I’d have him and Runyon back when I need a repair again."

"The employee ran a diagnostic test and found “no problems”. I was instructed by the employee to “go ahead and run the washing machine and take pictures if the problem is not fixed”. Les than an hour after the employee leaves, I have water ALL over my floor and soaking into the walls. Now who is responsible for the additional damage to my walls?!? Employee said he would “leave the order open for a few days in case the problem was not resolved”. I received a text less than 10 minutes after he left reporting that the ticket had been closed! I have pictures and videos with the date and time!"

"Our tech struggled a bit getting the doors lined back up on our refer, and said it came from the factory that way luckily we had a before pic that showed them perfectly aligned, so he corrected it. He was polite and worked hard to complete it correctly. In the end it is fixed correctly."
