"Had a tire that needed replacement. The staff all friendly. Took all my info. I must mention had to wait about half hour to get checked in. They said they would call they didnt went back in 2 hours later they got me on the pad after i suggested that. Then there was trouble with account info. Not there fault. Got the tire changed. Got me proccessed. Did take a little longer then it should have but i had all day. Despite all the delays and trouble with computer systems still a good experience. Eric was very friendly and personable. All the mechanics also friendly. I also have to mention they are a new shop so some growing pains to start. All in all I would use them again."
"Be careful! Idiots work here. They took the truck for an oil change and returned it 3 hours later. They didn't change the oil! They said they didn't find the filter."
