"Staff is nice, I just don't appreciate walgreens reputation putting on shelf items that are broken , I used to shop at both walgreens every week now I'm shifting to walmart more because they have better quality on their items, they are always in perfect condition, also prices are alot better, soap dispenser spring was rusted, and bottle dirty, yuck."

"My wife switched from another Walgreens to this Walgreens and Shawn the pharmacist is absolutely amazing, he is super explainable, when there is any sort of situation. He by far goes above and beyond for his customers!!! Also they are super fast. Shawn is an awesome pharmacist and Sara is an amazing manager."

"Dropped off a prescription for my very ill child and they said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Went back two hours later and they informed us they didn’t have it in stock. Not so much as a phone call to let me know. They then proceeded to tell me they would now have to call the doctor to change it - because apparently the last two hours they’ve known they haven’t had it wasn’t sufficient time. I called back later and they said they have been on hold with the emergency room for over an hour and can’t get through. I called the emergency room and got right through to someone that informed me they are in charge of the phone, they never received a call from Walgreens and there was no one on hold. The medication is for breathing treatments for my super sick 2 year old. Like come on people, get it together! Now all the pharmacies are closed and I can’t get the medication. Ridiculous how they lie to customers!"

"I’m so conflicted about this review. I love this store…I can usually get in/out quickly, it’s like 2 mins from my house, it’s open til midnight, always a familiar face & it has the services I need. That being said, the pharmacy is less than impressive; long waits, sloppy, disorganized service & some of the rudest techs you’ll ever see. However, it has one thing going for it… Sarah, the pharmacist. She is the nicest, most considerate person. She goes out of her way to help where she’s able & when she says she’ll call you back when she has more info, she does…even if it’s days later. That alone means so much. She doesn’t speak to you like she’s doing you a favor like most of them there. She’s a shining star in a sea of darkness in this pharmacy. I hope she stays a while…without her I might just transfer my prescriptions to Wal-Mart even though it’d be a little inconvenient"
