"I was in there a few days ago and feel compelled to leave a comment/review. After work and before going home I went to the Marshall's closest to my home. It had been a while and wanted to check out the deals. After checking out the store and finding some deals it was time to check out. To my surprise I was taken care of better than expected. It was a young woman that had to have been brought up properly. She afforded me all I could ever ask for, dignity and respect. Her customer service skills were outstanding. I asked for her name and told her that I was going to leave a comment. She just smiled as she gave her name. That wonderful employee is, and I hope I'm spelling it correctly, Allie. To the boss at the store, please acknowledge Ms Allie for her fine outstanding customer service as she represents Marshall's. As a customer I really and truly appreciate being treated well. Makes me want to come back. Here in 2024, in my humble opinion, too many people are more worried about doing their job vs doing their job well. Ms Allie is accomplishing both. She also went above and beyond by wrapping my candles which I appreciated. Thank You Marshall's, Daniel US Army (Retired)"

"Never enough registers open and store is always messy. I know it is that kind of store, where they have lots of clothes and random stuff, but just too much packed in."

"I should have taken some photos! What a mess! Boxes all over. Empty and full. Dirty! Inventory piled blocking other inventory. Racks with stuff just piled on it. Crazy."

"We walked in and the greeter had to discuss it look on her face when she saw us she's obviously never seen a tatted up couple before .. we walked off to go do some Christmas shopping and she walked over to another lady and the other lady told her to "watch us" ..... I was so blown away. At that point I didn't even want to shop there, I let them know that I'm not a thief and I make plenty of more money working for the Union. I've never been treated so badly... I will never go back to that store I will take my money elsewhere."

"Absolutely horrible customer service. I went with every intention of spending quite a bit because I like a lot at this location. But I couldn't help but notice everywhere I turned there they were. Not asking if I need help nothing just watching like some real weirdos. I then went to the restroom for maybe 1 minute total came out and my cart was gone. All for absolutely no reason except maybe they judge me because I'm younger in a nike shirt and some shorts? Absolutely horrible and the management is just as bad. So bad I'm actually in the parking lot now writing thjs."
