"We LOVE Chick fil A. This location was very busy. The food was good, and the service was a little slow for a chick fil a. I think they may have been short help... it happens. The restaurant was dirty, not something we see at Chick fil A very often. It could be because they seemed short staffed. We will return. Eat more CHICKEN!"

"We have been coming to Chick-fil-A in queen creek for years. It's been a while since we have dined in and wow things have changed! It was filthy inside not just they got a little busy dirty it seems like nobody has cleaned the place thoroughly for a while! We said dine in and they put our order on the to go rack that we had to go look for. We were given chicken strips instead of nuggets and the to go bag had no dressing for the two salads we ordered! The employees were not as friendly and helpful as they used to be. We were excited that chick-fil-a was building a location on Ironwood closer to us but not if this is the expectation for the service standard. I was sadly disappointed, we have always loved Chick-fil-A. We may give them one more , hopefully this was just an off day for them."

"Come on down to Queen creek and have a crispy chicken sandwich. The best part is just walk in, sit down and order from your phone. The friendly staff will bring your food so you can play candy crush."

"Service was off. 6 meals ordered, arrived home with 5. This had happened multiple times and therefore I needed to post this review. Not sure what is happening with the checking orders but I’m paying for 6 and getting 5. I personally will give this store a break by not coming back for a while. We like Chick fil a, but there is an expectation that the food is packed correctly without me having to check the packing."
