Reviews of Fry's
"I love this store I go almost every day. If you have a problem with anything or you're not satisfied with food, they don't even question you they like to make their customers happy. There's never long lines, and if there is, somebody will notice and immediately open another register unlike every other store I've ever been to."
"Love the Fry's shopping experience! Their prices, I believe, are normally more competitive with the other guys. The produce, meat, darn near everything they do there is great. The employees I've interacted with have always been able to assist me with very little run around."
"I have never had a bad experience here until now, the employees are always very friendly, which is why I'm giving this review 3 stars instead of 1. I park a little further away from Fry's, in front of the auto parts store. Not very far from the store at all, especially considering that there is limited parking around the holidays. It was approximately 15 yards from the front entrance. I have ALWAYS parked here and never had any issues, and I always return the cart when I'm done. I could not even return this cart because it was so locked up I had to leave it. I managed to get it out of the street, but could not move it to the front this time. I have an autoimmune disorder that will attack me suddenly and make me weak. My entire body becomes sore and achy. That's what happened to me today while I was shopping. As I walked to my car, as I have done many times before to avoid the crazy parking lot mess, the cart locked up on me. It was right next to the pharmacy, and the cart was stuck. Wheels locked. I had to move it, while people who have absolutely no empathy, (I was obviously crying from the pain and was at this point having a panic attack) just honked and stared at me like I was stealing the cart. Today was the day when I got the "mother lode", and I had many heavy, items like milk and juice. It's not fry's fault that people can be heartless and road rage controls their lives temporarily. That being said, PLEASE FIX YOUR CARTS! I understand that these carts get stolen, but this was ridiculously too close to the store. What would happen if someone that was very elderly got into that situation? Or someone disabled? Or someone got hit by a car, because if you live in Tucson you know as well as I do people do not care."
"What's going on? Is this a joke? Your prices keep getting worse, extremely expensive, and the specials you offer, like on meat, are incredibly ridiculous! Please, don't do this and be fairer with your prices! Meat is extremely expensive, and many people earn minimum wages. Just because people from other cities move to Tucson doesn't mean you and other supermarkets should be so insensitive!"
"I came in to Fry's at 2:30 on Thursday, June 22nd. Brandon was very friendly, and I needed a dollar with mostly pennies, so thank you so much for taking the time to help me! He works up front at the self-service checkout! He definitely deserves some recognition because although the other employees are very nice, he went out of his way to be extra nice to me and the customers around me. He also made sure to tell the customers to have a good day. I see a lot of places nowadays with horrific customer service. The employees won't even talk to the customers. Brandon, you rock and you are appreciated!"
