"I don't really have a problem with this burger king location, it's actually pretty nice and quick. The main problem I have is the toy inside the jr. King kids meal. I've been here multiple times since the new year and anytime I get the kids meal for my children it never comes with a toy!? Now I don't know if this location just doesn't do the toys or what, but let's be honest the toy is the most important part of the meal. It's motivation for the children to finish their meal to play with the toy, but if theirs no toy then the food becomes a waste of money. Other than that never have a problem with the food, just the toy."

"I was not disappointed in any way during this most recent visit to a Burger King restaurant. So...why only a three star rating? Because doing an as expected job at what a business is "in business" to do is not worthy of more than a solid average score. My ordered food was delivered quickly, and it was fresh and hot, the cleanliness and observable maintenance of the restaurant was not an issue, the staff's behaviors and the overall atmosphere were consistent with what I expected. This, in my opinion, earned the business a solid three stars. I believe this to be a more honest way to use the rating system. Being disappointed will move the rating down to two or possibly just one star. To move ahead businesses will have to get creative and find ways to exceed the basic expectations of their customers. And they will have to do it largely on their own. Preventing disappointing results by addressing problems and complaints should only result in raising a business's score from one or two stars upward toward or actually to three stars. To go higher, the business really should have to pleasantly surprise their customers to be awarded a fourth star. And a fifth star, the terminal high score, should require them to be really creative and thoroughly delight their customers. Five star ratings for doing an average job is just wrong."

"For fast food Burger Kings Whopper Jr. Is my favorite and always great. Service is good but mostly a self serve place. For atmosphere, the store and bathroom is clean. What else can I say. I do frequent Berger king often I dine in and use the drive thru."

"Jon, the assistant manager was running the window and even though it was just him and one other person who was on break he did a really great job. He was nice, didn’t mind us asking a few questions and it’s rare to come across someone who actually acts like they care about their customers. He actually warned us of the food being really hot and fresh and to be careful instead of just giving it to us and us burning ourselves. We’ll be doing the survey as well but we just wanted to mention him cause it’s hard to find kind people these days."

"I don’t get the bad reviews. My husband eat only at this location since it’s very close . Never had a problem. We went inside and the nicest man waited on us. Food was fresh and hot. French fries are so much better now. Don’t know why, but they are. Another patron got up to leave and walked by and said “thank you” to the guy behind the counter.. We did as well.
