They also have the largest selection of food I've ever soon by a food prep company. Lastly, they offer a 10% discount if you purchase 10 meals or more. I take full advantage of that each time. "Go to meal prep store. They have a large selection of prepared meals and relatively fair prices and a nice variety of flavor profiles. The portions are standard and I haven’t had a meal I don’t like yet. Very delicious and flavorful! There isn’t much to choose from on their grab and go if you have certain restrictions or need vegetarian/vegan options, but those who need your standard protein/carb/fat mix, look no further. Almost Every other meal prep location, you have to order ahead of time days in advance, but here you can just pop on by and choose from their large fridges. It really takes the guess work out of eating healthy, saves tons of time, and allows you the spontaneity of buying when you need (especially if you have a job with a random schedule or you travel a lot and cannot count on strict certain day delivery or ordering in advance)."

"Amazing! The food is as good as what I'd make at home, at a 1/4th of the price and with half as many calories! For $70, my partner and I got 4 meals, a drink and a huge cookie! Our normal nightly costs for a decent meal is $50 to (God forbid if we have 2 friends over) $100! For more context, a single bowl of just ramen is 480 calories, and it never fully satisfies me, but their Mongolian beef meal was 580 and I couldn't even finish it all it was so filling and delicious! Not to mention the owner and her wife are an absolute delight, if you enjoy tattoos I highly suggest talking to them both about some of theirs! Thank you for the amazing meal!"

"I found this place on a whim while my daughter was taking a sewing class close by. The food is SO good. Great proportions and great macros. They’ve made things so easy. My husband went to a fast food joint & got a burger meal and it was almost $14…… butchered beets pricing is on point for what it is. I love that they use a lot of organic ingredients as well."
