"Do not order for delivery from here. I received half of my order last night. The delivery driver “didn’t know” anything. I called the store and the employees didn’t know what to do except tell me to call the next day when a manager is there. How am I supposed to prove I didn’t receive food? This is frustrating as hell. I won’t be ordering from here again. Edit: contacted customer service with no response a week later. 1 star. No customer service at all here."

A young lady by the name of Melissa was working and even though it was two of them in there it seems as if Melissa was really the one working. Arrow Stay:

"This is how the MANAGER makes sandwiches, and she didn’t want to accept a refund for this sandwich even though she was the one who made it. Nice customer service.. she threw a $10 bill at us and told us not to come back , we ordered a meatball Melt and double meatballs the sandwich was over $17 and the meatballs were on the outside of the sandwich….we always eat here and have never complained this was the first …"
