Burger King 2865 East Ocotillo Road, Chandler, AZ 85249

"So let me start by saying, I never give a review when it’s negative. If I have a bad experience at a restaurant, I just don’t return. But I stopped for lunch cause I work in this area and Burger King happens to be my go to fast food, I went through the drive-through and got a double whopper with cheese meal. The lady working in the drive-through, her name was Diana. She was extremely unpleasant and downright rude. When I asked for ketchup, it seemed to bother her that I was asking her to do extra work. so I figured you know what people get busy things happen. I parked my vehicle and I ate my lunch. The french fries were not fresh and had no salt on them whatsoever. The whopper was not the greatest whopper I ever had. The tomatoes were so mushy and the burger patty was cold. When there’s no one in the drive-through and the lobby is completely empty, that obviously obviously implies that the employees are not busy. My food should’ve been top shelf. I can understand things like this happening when you’re busy or when there’s a rush. That was not the case. my fries should’ve been fresh and my burger should definitely not have been cold. I also got a sprite with my meal that tasted like the fountain lines were dirty. I had to come back in to pour it out and choose a different drink. So overall, the entire meal was just shot. Definitely ruined my lunch for me. Had it been one minor thing I would’ve let it go but the entire meal being this horrible. I just felt the need to leave a review at the very least, to better the service of this location in the future. Definitely enough to make me seriously consider never returning to this location."

"Great place, good food, and clean lobby/bathroom. Brian help me with my order. He even walk my food to where I was sitting. As I was leaving he opened the door for me. And I want to thanks Gabby for making my food she is a very nice person. Great mangers, great people, great environment. Keep up the great work BK."

"Manager of restaurant in morning shift is extremely rude. Employee misheard my order and was almost double charged, brought it up to the employee to clarify the price. Manager then comes storming in and blames me saying "Hes in training, you need to tell him that you wanted the 2 for 6." Well, its on the menu. And I said it. Maybe you should train them to look at it and listen attentively? Or to provide a straw with a drink...or to provide a receipt for the customer after the confusion with the price that you got wrong. Do better"

"Impressive location. This place is spotless. Brian greeted us. Quickly took our order. And while waiting for the fries to cook he even went and cleaned the soda fountain. There was a stack of crowns for the kids too. The food was hot and fresh. The fancy soda machine was fun. The interior is very new. Love the decor. Super current w big tv too. Even the garbage cans were clean. Great job Brian. When we left he even said goodby. Parking was easy. Fixation was convenient. Overall great place."
