Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

"Not worth the price you paid for. They were just too busy wasting time. To serve customer right away. Waited for my 15 min Meal Customer came in and left. Because she waited for a long time. Top of that, They got my order wrong and assumed. Didn't want fries. With my order. Going somewhere else with been faster. Will not be coming here again."

"My niece immediately spit out her bite from feeling the hair snap in her mouth from the chicken sandwich. Completely unacceptable and UNSANITARY!!! It is neither one of our hairs because it's been mixed into the batter that covers the chicken and cooked that way. You can clearly see me yanking on the hair strand and it won't come out. Took the sandwich back for a refund after getting food for my niece somewhere else but now I'm feeling sick from eating my food. I trusted this place for uncontaminated food I hope I can trust to receive my refund within how ever many days I was told it will take. A regrettable purchase that has cost me over $60 .... And now my stomach is making weird sounds n feels like something will be coming back up. My visit was on 12/22/23 around 7pm so I hope others who visited this day feel better than we do!"

"I got mine to go and really appreciated the boxes they wrapped my order in. Honey bbq wings are AMAZING. You can’t go wrong with those. Also got some delicious sweet chili lime wings. They were just the right amount of spicy and sweet. Wings are good. The fries sucked. That’s the only reason I’m giving them a 3 stars. Fix your fries Buffalo Wild Wings!"

"So i called in my order on the phone the phone answers and the guy on the other end says hello and i say hello is this BWW can i place an order he didnt say anything then a female says hi what would like what kinda stuff is this ive never had someone answer the phone so unprofessional at a restaurant.... I had one bad experience here before so i gave it another chance I ordered wedges fries and wings everything was great except for when I got there I checked the order they gave me garlic parm wings I ordered medium the sticker on the box even said medium the girl looked confused when I told her they where the wrong wings she said that is medium I said no medium sauce she said ok we will correct it for you I waited within 2 minutes she brings out the wings in another box thinking ok they must have accidentally switched mine for someone else's asked for a receipt and she then stated I don't have one for you when I clearly seen her pull it and put it to the side of the register I said ok that's fine and went home upon arriving home I realized that the wings I ordered where the same wings drenched in mild sauce to cover the garlic parm I have a food allergy to cheese I'm so glad my wife noticed before I ate them the ones under the sauce where not fully covered they where the garlic parm wings in sauce not cool they need to better educate this crew on how bad food allergies are be careful here I emailed BWW all they said was sorry and basically gave me points on my account I don't think this issue is anything to take lightly and to top it off the celery was slimy and brown come on BWW whats up here I won't be going to this establishment I'll go to another location and I urge you to do the same."

"Very disappointed if this place!! Should not be call Buffalo Wild Wings, order the 20 package with fries and it don’t even compared to a regular Buffalo restaurant. Fries and wings were totally dry and nasty. If I could give zero stars I would of gave it a zero stars. Do not go to this place if wanting real Buffalo Wild Wings flavors. Corporate should look into this place…. Terrible taste and food quality. Asked for mild Buffalo sauce on side and they gave us some weird taste powder… wish I can get a refund"
