"I was shocked at how the employees in the deli department used the same gloves to slice meat, cheese and make sandwiches! This is what you call cross contamination! I will be reporting to the Health Department!"

"Bakery: Do Not Buy The Cupcakes! We purchased 2 cupcakes today called "cupcakes colossal 4 inch" and they were $4.99 each. We just tried to eat them and they are disgusting! Dried out cake and I mean very dried out. A layer of a wax like substance over the cake and then icing with sugar sprinkles on it. The icing tasted like peppermint, which I hate, and it didn't say anywhere it was peppermint or look like peppermint. On top were 2 pieces of cheap waxy chocolate that was gross and not real chocolate. My husband got the chocolate cupcake and said his was gross too. I got the white one. When you pay $5 for a cupcake you expect it to be good. They looked good but that's about all I can say. I'm irritated we paid $10 for 2 dried out nasty cupcakes."

"My wife went to this store a bought me a half pound of sliced American cheese. As you can see by the picture all the slices turned into a slab of non-peelable cheese. There is no excuse for bad prep work as they should have put paper between each slice. The store is clean but come on Bashas you can do better."
