"We showed up 30 min to close. There was almost no one there to help and the woman who did help was not very accommodating. I felt like a burden trying to give my business to this company, which is sad since I've been shopping with Victorias secret for over 15 years. This is the second time I've left feeling this way, the first at another location. Within 10 min of being there, after finally finding someone to help. I told her I would go try on the bras and they turned the lights out on us 15 min to close, they were unapologetic and I ended up leaving. I'm sad to say I don't think I'll continue shopping with vs anymore."

"Clean store and this location actually has a half-off sale section unlike some stores. The employees are helpful but don't pressure you with questions or follow you around the store, which I like haha. This store carries a large selection of the period underwear now too."

"First this location has terrible customer service. I came 20 minutes before close because I work late hours. I had 3 employees tell me we are closing soon and harassed me when I was trying on a bra that I needed to hurry and there was still 15 minutes to close. I work in the service industry and understand wanting to get out on time but I was being very concious of the clock. I felt like they were extremely rude and dont want business. Lastly their fitting rooms and floors are all very dirty and you can tell they have not Vaccumed or mopped in weeks. See photos attached."
