"This USED TO BE my favorite place to eat in the entire world, and I have had fine dining and fine seafood dining. But my experience today will be my last. I attempted to let them know about the crab being mushy and was left unanswered fifteen to twenty minutes while others ate what I believe to be undercooked crab. I was concerned for other patrons. I finally went looking for the manager and was met with at first kindness and then given a hard time because I am deaf woman, where he had people laughing at his attempts of minimalizing me. I pulled the hearing aids from my head saying I'm a deaf woman. I just sat and explained I couldn't hear him as he lowered his voice. He continued with stating they have never once had undercooked food here, asking what I wanted from him. I explained it's not about money or discounts, I wanted the food safe for everyone. If the videos aren't too long I will include them here. Sad to lose a customer because you want to swear mushy seafood is normal. Then came attitude, seems I can't post the full video, but gimme time and I will get you directed to a website where you can view it."

"Good place with reasonable price to have buffet in Asian style at Chandler. Nothing to complain about. Food was good, not so special, but we did enjoy there. Come there before 4pm, still apply lunch’s price. After 4pm: dinner’s price but have seafood serving"
