Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Business was nonstop, and the employees were working very hard. It's Chipotle, so you know what it's going to taste like. Where it went south for me was looking at the kitchen. Food everywhere. I asked for double meat, and got about an ounce more. $45.00 for two bowls (no drinks, bowls only) seemed pretty steep. Fine, don't compare it to Taco Bell, but Serrano's right down the street is 20% less."

"The girls working there are careless and disgusting. My husband and I found avocado peel in our salad bowl. When preparing the food the girl just tossed everything together. I felt like I was eating watery salad. Will not come back to this location."

"I usually go to Chipotle weekly. At this specific location, I don’t remember the last time an order done on the app was filled accurately. I am either missing an item all together (like side of chips) or I am missing things in my bowl and/or burrito. The chips are burnt most of the time and staff is by far the least friendly or outgoing people I’ve came across in the customer service industry. Also, beware they sometimes charge wrong. I was charged for guacamole when it is included with the veggie burrito. Beware if you choose this location. All the other locations in the valley I have visited have been a great experience it is this location only that needs new staff, better accuracy, and higher food quality standards."

"This place is a mess. Order online? Your portions are going to be significantly smaller, and you're going to have to wait anyways. Order in person and you'll be waiting upwards of 20 minutes. I went last night, and they were so understaffed that they were able to go through 1 customer in 15 minutes, and they got the order wrong. They weren't cleaning the prep counter, so there was lettuce and cheese and sour cream everywhere. Most of the employees were moving at a glacial pace, and the ones that were working efficiently were stressed out of their minds. I left after 15 minutes without ordering when I realized how slowly and unhygienically they were operating, and I won't be returning until significant changes are made."

"I have been here several times. As it is the closest location to my house. I put a mobile order in and was greeted at the door telling me I could not come inside and that they will bring my order out to me and they continue to turn away. Everyone saying that they're only taking mobile orders. And that no one is allowed to go inside. After this not so great customer service experience I decided to give it another chance. We are eating dinner last night and my son says what is this in my food and it literally was whatever is in the picture. I have no idea what it was. It's got thorns on it and it was inside of his beans. I have absolutely never seen anything like this before at any restaurant. But we were quite disgusted when we saw it. On top of that, all of our food was cold. And we ended up having to heat it up at home, even the meat, beans and rice. And when I mean cold ice cold, I really hope we don't get food poisoning."
