"I have waited for 16 minutes in the drive through this morning and now they have had me pull around to the front to wait more. This is most definitely not fast food. It doesn’t matter how good your chicken is, people go through the drive through when they are in a hurry for a reason."

"The traffic and parking to get to one of my favorites chicken spots is the thing of nightmares. What architect in their right mind would do this to the public? The food is amazing. Waffle fries you can never go wrong. And the sauces? Hmmmhmm. Restaurant was clean, staff friendly, food came fast. The only down side was the traffic getting there."

"I am not one to write reviews for bad experiences usually, but I was telling my husband that the main staff for drive thru tonight is just NOT in a mood, which I understand there are bad days. But when I was making a request I made at least 2-3 times before, they were making it so complicated, and I paid for the extra thing I asked for. When they finally did so, it still did not look the same as it did before. I asked, and the answer is “that’s just the way they gave it to me”. I just didn’t want to pick a fight, so I left. I have ordered at this location before so many times, so I just thought tonight is not a good day or something for the staffs. Then I get home and open the bag, and I have a completely different sandwich. The receipt clearly shows I ordered spicy deluxe with pepper jack cheese, which again I have ordered so many time before. I’m at least 15 minutes away from here, so I’m not going to drive back for this. The worst experience of chick fil a I’ve ever had."
