"Had issue with the app. Literally had no proof of my purchase but two emails. One from McDonald's and one from my bank. Thank God they were understanding and made our order. The app didn't show that I made a purchase or that I have an order waiting for pick up. They made everything better and were very polite"

"To begin, the inside dining was completely empty with sections roped off and the Play Place was closed. The food started off good with the fries, but my crispy deluxe had half a jar of mayo. I mentioned it to the manager and he had them make me a new one. This time there was literally a dime sized squirt of mayo, but I'm not mad because I don't care for their mayo. My grandson actually ate his ENTIRE meal, which is rare. He had the chicken nuggets kids meal."
"You have to give the employees credit for trying really hard to do a good job. I tried the self pay station. It took forever for the screen to read what I had selected. The lag time on this screen was awful. I finally got my order in. The machine instructed me to take a tent card, enter the card's number and told me that the order would be brought out to me. And so I waited and waited some more. No one came until an employee walked around calling out the contents of my order and asking who's it was. The tent card was obviously placed on my table. No effort was made to find the card number and then I was treated as if I was stupid for not coming up to the counter to collect my order when they called it out. They neither called out my tent card number nor brought my order to me as the self pay booth had instructed would happen. That was a sad dissapointment. Before I left, I over heard another customer asking about his order and was told it had been picked up by someone else. It had been stolen. From the way the employee talked , it sounded like this was not the first time it happened. So if you do visit this location, don't use the self pay, and after placing your order, stand near the counter, don't trust in customer service, guard your order."
