"New to our area/neighborhood. Having just opened very busy. With Mc Donald’s, Rally’s & Carl’s Junior close by, competition will be sharp. So….ordered just a cheeseburger, no fries. Short wait, pleasantly surprised. Moist soft bun, smaller (thank you) than most others, ample size patty NOT cooked to death, onions, tomato, lettuce. Yes, will go back."

"Food was good. Service is subpar. Late shift manager lacks basic customer service skill. I provided feedback on my dissatisfaction with his employees lack of communication on the fact that their drink machine was down. We ordered 3 meals WITH DRINKS. When we went to fill our drinks, the drink machine wasn’t working. I went back to employee to explain and he stated “oh our drink machine isn’t working we only have sweet tea” well that would have been great info to share while we were ordering. Anyways, manager acted indifferent to the feedback and simply walked to the back. I would say he could benefit from some customer service leadership training."

"My wife and I went for a couple of good burgers and fries and that's what we got - they were delicious. Glad to see a Whataburger location open here. I noticed the drive-thru line in the one next to us (they have two) was moving slower than us, but that was because the mini-van in front ordered enough food to fill up a couple trash bags - which'll hold up a line wherever you go. The low star reviews in this are weird. People, its opening week. Chill out. The staff are learning the ropes and will improve."

"I am so disappointed with this location and it hasn't even been open for a week. I ordered biscuits and gravy, never once telling me you are out when I ordered. I wait nearly 29 minutes in the drive-through just for you to tell me you're out after you charged me when I got to the window! Yes, I waited nearly a half hour in the drive-through, while one patron just pulled away before paying, I'm assuming because of the wait and the fact that there was an extra available lane to escape through. Had I known this experience was going to be this disappointing I would have done the same thing. So this also makes me a chump for sticking it through. Why are ya'll not stocked accordingly? From what I'm reading this is a frequent problem. Solve your biscuit problem. I'll come back after a few months when you guys get your crew in shipshape. For now, it is a one star experience."

"My order was 501101 ordered at 1:01am, I understand this is a new store but that being said my expectation was high for them. Everything on the ticket was correct but when I opened my taquito, it was supposed to be bacon with potato but it was just a potato taquito. My friend also ordered a small sprite but once we took a sip there was no syrup in it. Otherwise the food was good and fresh. The employees were very friendly and the service was good. I just wish I could have enjoyed bacon in my taquito and syrup in my sprite."
