"Ordered a sandwich that took 20 minutes to make and then was informed by the employee that she put mayonnaise on something that specifically said no mayonnaise and had to make the sandwich again and it would take 10 to 15 more minutes which means 30 minutes to make a sandwich no discount My option was refund or wait! Brought this up with Jeff the manager and Jeff and inform me that's about it! Contact your corporate and they notified me that this was not in the ways that they do business and that the employee and Jeff were out of line! Hopefully they will either fire or train Jeff and his employees of how to deal customer service!"

"We came in around 5:00 pm on 2/26. (Check schedule and see who it was) Two young people were there. They were very helpful with menu info and suggestions. Thanks to both of you! We were flying out of Scottsdale early next morning and wanted something for the plane ride. They were extra careful, wrapping our (cold) sandwiches and cut them in half so they would travel better. We chose packets of mayo & mustard in lieu of sauces that make bread soggy. We surely did enjoy our subs on the plane and will come back next year when we are in town. Sandwiches had plenty of meat, cheese, veggies. Fresh bread. Way better than most sub shops. Wish we had Mr. Pickles in Indianapolis. Delish."

"Probably my favorite sandwich shop now, excellent selections and very good fresh bread. Try the Dutch crunch for sure. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is the only thing they have to drink from the fountain is sugar drinks. Soda and lemonade. The only tea they have is in a bottle and not fresh. If they had a good brewed tea or something fresh to drink that wasn't loaded with sugar that would ideal."

"Good deli. Maybe it is the california in me but I felt they have a great product at a reasonable price point. Dutch crunch bread is a rare addition and a great choice. Normal order for me. Italian and a BLT. Italian was served hot woth the work and had a great balance of meat, sauce and bread. BLT was close to perfect a little off on the ratio of bread to meat for my taste but still a good quality sandwhich. Nothing fancy on seating or atmosphere. But clean, quick and plenty of seating. Overall great stop if you are looking for a step up from the normal chains and don't mind the extra few dollars. Worth it."
