"The staff are great and nice but the food was very tasteless. The items on the belt are usually empty and it would take a while to get full. The ramen was not great either. It’s cool to experience and see a robot deliver your water but the food is not worth it."

"Customer service was impeccable. They are incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. They explain everything to you thoroughly and are very polite and courteous. The restaurant was clean and the robot brings you your drinks is a fun addition. The reason I felt I needed to give them two stars was because the conveyor belt was pretty empty and I’ve never had salty sushi. Many of the rules for salty. The fried chicken I ordered who is extremely salty. The best dish I had was the milk custard dessert. I tried 7 different roles and most had the same problems. Even the ginger was more on their salty side than on the sweet"

"So I’ve always been a little leery of revolving sushi. The concept is cool and my bestie suggested it, so we went. Apparently our kids play a Roblox game similar to this and they were excited. There was no where for a large group to sit comfortably, so we asked to be split between 2 tables. We had 5 kids (5-14) and 2 adults. We had never been there before and all the signs around only said how to open the food on the belt and what NOT to do. The menu was digital, but there were no prices on the items on the belt. So we had someone come explain it all. $3.30 per plate (December 2023) unless otherwise marked on the menu. If what you wanted isn’t on the belt, you can request it on the menu and it will be delivered directly to you via the upper belt. A robot brings you your drinks. I was surprised at how good the sushi was. The younger kids weren’t as impressed, but still had a good time. We spent $181 before tip. I live elsewhere and we have one nearby and I’ll definitely check it out."

"Overall I will give a 5 star rating! This is the cutest restaurant outside of Japan or Asia. We arrived mid afternoon on a Saturday a ms were seated within 10 minutes. We were warmly greeted and shown how to put our name on the waitlist. While waiting it sounded like a game show in the background and happy guests. We sat at the bar and were kindly given an introduction to how the restaurant works. Servers were very kind and helpful. An endless rotation of sushi and various treats rolled by. Ì none of those were interesting we could order from a touch screen table side computer. Within minutes our personal order was delivered via a separate conveyer belt. Guests were encouraged to play a game that counted plates and would award small tokens for achievements. Sadly I don’t eat a lot at each meal, and reaching the first level was too much. My son however made up for my shortcomings. The food was average. Some was a bit better. I am not a professional cook but I feel I could do better at many of the dishes. I think what stole the show was a friendly robot that delivered our drinks. Just like the ice cream truck from our childhood, we became accustomed to the same tune played by the drink service robots. A fun and upbeat tune. We will return for a fun time but the food could use an upgrade. Human Service was top notch!! :)"
