A Ma's Kitchen & Pho

"During my spring break, after a fruitful shopping spree at Costco's Chandler location, I stumbled upon an exciting find - A Ma's Kitchen & Pho. Nestled next to Ranch 99 on the corner of Dobson Road and Chandler Blvd, this quaint place was a delightful discovery. The noodles were served steaming hot with generous portions, complemented by a broth that was both delicious and rich in flavor. What truly caught my attention were the fresh veggies and the unique spicy and salty shrimp pasta available at each table. The spicy pasta packed a punch, offering a spicier kick than the traditional Huy Fong Sriracha, which I absolutely loved! It certainly outdid my recent experience at Pho 43 (I dined in past Monday). If you ever find yourself in the area, do give A Ma's Kitchen & Pho a try, though be warned – seats are quite limited!"

She took the time to explain which item from the menu I would enjoy based on my preference. She went above and beyond with customer service which is hard to find these days. The food was authentic and DELICIOUS, every aspect was simply delightful. They even offer various sauces to choose from at the side of each table. As a fan of supporting mom-and-pop shops, I was thrilled to discover this pho shop. It's clear that A Ma's Pho puts tremendous effort into every detail, from the food to the service. Also, the portions to the food is so generous, I was super full! Can’t wait to go back!"
