IHOP

"My review is strictly for late at night. I am sure things room another during the day, not when we got there at 10 o'clock at night, there was one girl running the entire place. This was fine when it was is and another group, but then more people showed up. We ended up waiting 45 minutes for food. But it was delicious when it came!"

"Friday date night with my teenager and he picked IHop. It took 5 minutes for anyone to notice we were there. The waitress took us to a booth and we sat. She took our drink order and we also ordered an appetizer. She brought the appetizer out to us a few minutes after our drinks with no additional plates and came back twice and still no plates. The jalapeño poppers were so hot they burned our mouths and no plates to catch our food so we used the napkins. Gross. The side salad was probably the best part of the meal. After our food arrived we asked for Chalula. My sons pancake combo was cold. She never came back to our table. We couldn't even send it back. He ate it after I told him he didn't have to. My New country fried steak was okay. But there was hardly any gravy. I probably only got 20 french fries and that's exaggerating. I didnt want to tip her, but my son insisted. It was probably the worst experience I've had since the last time I visited an IHop in December. Awful. Just awful. I feel like I waisted $43.00."

"Visited late night on a Saturday. I don't know what was going on, but we would've been better off grabbing some late-night gas station food. The restaurant wasn't crowded, yet it took 55 minutes to get our food. Probably due to limited staff, which I understand, but that still isn't the ideal situation for a family looking to grab a quick bite. Then, not only was a portion of my food wrong, but my hashbrowns were brought out after we had finished our meals. The server and manager took care of us, but apparently the cook isn't quite up to par. To add, they were out of bacon and potatoes. Go figure."

"Went in for vetrans Day breakfast. Was seated. Pretty quick waitress was nice and took my order quickly. Food came out fast. They weren't super busy at that time of day. She even asked if I wanted a tea to go when I paid and was leaving."

"Today was my worst experience at this location, I come here very often and most of the time there’s only one server so I understand the wait time and confusions. My server tonight was (Sharondra S.) I had ordered just a side of 2 bacons, 2eggs and a hash brown. I asked for the eggs with cheese and I didn’t receive that. She also added 2 pancakes which I had NEVER asked for. I also had ordered a mango tea but I literally received a lemonade instead. I came here with someone and they ordered a milkshake and the server handed it to us all dripping and made a mess all over the table and didn’t even try apologize nor acknowledge it. When it came down to paying our total was about $38 and we gave her $40 and she ended up saying “wow only $2 aren’t you going to tip more” and she made a scene for no reason. I don’t think paying her for a bad experience is reasonable so she should be grateful we even left anything. We are not required to leave a tip for servers who wanna throw a fit. I will not tolerate how she had treated us on our visit and will take this to corporate."
