"We came here as soon as they opened on a Saturday. The entire team were attentive to our table even though they were not our original server. The food came out very quickly and was delicious. We opted to do their premium pricing so that we can try out the other proteins (lamb and wagyu). They have a sauce bar in which were enjoyed very much. We liked how they had ready to use sauces as well as options to create our own sauce by adding additional spices and ingredients to the sauces. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and plan to come back!"
"This is my favorite hot pot place. I've been here a number of times for lunch, but recently I went and upgraded my package and got the lamb here which was fantastic. Hot pot is hard to review because so much of it depends on what you decide to cook and how you decide to eat it, as well as the way you prepare your dipping sauce, but the ingredients are always fresh and the staff is attentive. If you skip the "free" steamed beef belly box and just start ordering meat you can get going much faster. Even if the steamed beef belly is quite good. (Heads up for vegetarians, though, all the broth has a fish base so know that before you go.)"
"I came with a friend who was from out of town and we really enjoyed it. Everything is up front on the menu that you receive at the table. The rest is a buffet. Go in knowing youll spend $200 plus on 3 people or more. But it is worth it! The photos I have are partially eaten food. I forgot to take it sooner."
"I recently dined at Jin Shabu for their “all you can eat” experience, and it was truly delightful. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. They provided two types of meats choices and both of them can refill. We had a good time here and definitely will be revisiting."
"Went on a day trip to Sedona and stopped by for dinner on the way back. We had a group of 22 and were split into 3 tables. Each table had 2 pots, each can hold two broth. You can pick premium package or deluxe. We got premium which offered 5 types of meats. Very simple. Vegetables, seafood, and sauce bar was self serve. All the host and servers were super young and either they were short staffed or just didn’t want to be there. Had attitude and rarely came by. You’re allowed up to 3 meats at a time. My favorite would be the beef belly because it was thin and fatty. Our table was the last to finish, while the other two tables took off. So we took our time eating and I was having a sweet tooth. I saw the store manager (written on his shirt) and asked if they had dessert. Yes, they have shaved ice with red bean and mochi. Funny how you would have to ask. The food was good and the menu was simple. I didn’t have to feel overwhelmed with choices. But the staff just killed it for me. Very rude."
