Panda Express

"My family has dined at several Panda Express restaurants all over the USA. So far the serving sizes have been reliable to be big. Seriously the plate with 2 meat dishes has usually lasted us 2 meals. Even the kid portions I would recommend for a small adult."

"I ordered online and went to pick up an order. I was treated very badly by the staff there. I had a text message saying that my order was ready. The staff was telling me that it was not ready and that I needed to go sit in my vehicle somewhere in the parking area and wait or come back. When did go thru the drive thru for the 4th time. The staff member said no its not here then handled me the food anyway while her and her co-workers were laughing at me in the spanish language about me and slammed the window shut, without saying anything. Little did they know I understand Español. Very unprofessional staff and poor service."

"Went through the drive through and ordered a bowl and a plate. The lady was just confused the whole time, my boyfriend had to chime in and help cause she was trying to upgrade my plate to something cheaper but I had a reward but she didn’t understand that. I repeated the order 4 times. By the time I got home I opened my bowl and the order was wrong. Disappointed that I spent $30 and my order wasn’t right even though I repeated it 4 times to her."

"Check your take out if your go through drive-thru. I got this with a big empty space. What was supposed to go there??? I’m so disappointed."

"We went through the Drive Thru tonight and it took 15 minutes to get our food (3 cars in front of us) I paid an EXTRA $2 for 7 pieces of shrimp. They gave me a bunch of chicken but barley any shrimp that i had to pay extra for. Also we were met with screaming at the speaker. The manager decided to have a conversation with 5 employees right in front of the window instead of taking our money and giving the food out. The employees are clearly not trained properly in customer service. So sad, open a book and educate yourselves before ruining everyone else’s night. I will never return."
