"30 min wait to be seated with 30% of the tables clean and empty because the kitchen (dishwasher) is backed up?!?! The hostess even checked with the bartender on this and he doubled down. Customers were walking away instead of standing in line...yes, standing. This is intentionally driving away business during dinner time. When the silverware came out it was filthy and still had the last persons food on several pieces. This is when we escalated to the manager. No comp as asked for or given, we paid full price. Food was below average at best. I've had good experiences at chili's, but this location wasn't offering that kind of service. On a positive note, the waitress was a sweetheart and genuinely on-point. She knew things were not right, but out of her hands. The manager was very kind also."

"They were quick to bring out food and anything else needed. The food was delicious and we all walked away full and happy! Would go back again! The server was kind and patient and the area was clean and well maintained. We were sat right away and had no complaints about anything! Menu was extensive with lots of good options."

"Service here is especially great, they use tablets to take orders so we got our drinks a minute after telling the server, before she even left our table! They also have the Presto table devices so you don't have to wait to pay/get refills/order more food. Food is usually great most of the time I go here but on this specific occasion the burgers didn't have sauce? This wasn't the case on prior visits so don't let that discourage you. The atmosphere is fun, it's usually busy but not noisy still."
