"I've never had a problem with the food but the staff cannot seem to get it together . I have lost count how many times I've had to come back to get missing items And all I can say is you better check your bags before you leave unless you want to drive back there I just ordered tonight. And remembered my last occurrences and mentioned to make sure to include the creamy sauce that I like. I mentioned it at least four times over the speaker I knew I should have checked the bag but guess what I got home, it wasn't there . Now I've got a mad girlfriend I got to deal with, again!"

"El Pollo Loco has a long history of serving great chicken. This location is very typical — the food was very good and the service not so much. We went through the drive through window. The lady taking our order just couldn’t be bothered to take our order and kept cutting us off so we had to finish our order at the window. Our course because she wouldn’t listen she got it wrong but we checked before leaving the window and got her to fix it. Photo shows a delicious plate of food which cleared the sour taste of pour service out of our mouths. Help the help get our orders right, check before leaving the counter!"

"12/12/23 1400hrs $9.06 large chicken tortilla soup with an order of sliced avocado. Soup is very bland not flavorful at all. No benefit is an equal balance of chicken and vegetable mixture. Avocado was fresh and flavorful."

"Food was okay. The salads were gross (no dressing provided), the chicken was greasy, but the churros were delicious! The service was odd...the staff seemed confused. The line took a long time to move; and there were only 3 poeple ahead of us!"

"Good food at a great price, but the customer service is really rough! They were unorganized and probably weren’t following their training. All orders had an order number, but instead of calling that, they called customer names, or descriptions of meals. It took forever to get our food. They gave my burrito to someone else, who brought it back. They then turned and handed it to me. (I just hoped they hadn’t opened it or tasted it.) Overall, it was like a bad SNL skit."
