In-N-Out Burger

"Food is great but have had issues a few times now with the way the drive thru works. The line is always pretty ridiculous and often impedes traffic for the other businesses. Maybe you should implement a dual lane to help manage cars better? The employees assisting drive thru also don't seem to know to move with the line and often are the cause of the congestion themselves-training could be helpful. Otherwise great- I occasionally get very robotic responses from the employees but I understand they're just trying to get everyone in n out!! ;)"

"Love the cheeseburgers and the french fries here! The staff is always very friendly, and not much of a wait for the food! When we come in from out of town, we go straight here for lunch because we don’t have one of these where we live!"

"I’ve only tried this highly praised joint once, years ago while in Cali. I vaguely recall my daughter and I being super excited east coasters and woofing down a burger and enjoying it. But the other night we ordered the Flying Dutchman in the grilled onion bun (seen on TT). And it was disappointing and super greasy (I mean not FF greasy, extra greasy). We ordered, and were pleased to hear the staff understand what we were asking for. However, when we parked to unwrap our exciting new found Dutchmen…it was 2 burgers in 2 boxes with cheese. No onions, no extra pickles as asked. Nada. My lovely man walked in and politely (as you should, humans make mistakes) and asked for the pickles cheese and grilled onions. They fixed it and we sat in the car and devoured them. Did we love them, NO, did we appreciate them yes! Would we order it again NO. lol We just left the er and it was a long day/night with no food. But TT let us down. I’d go again and try a cheese burger protein style. But if you’re not into the grease maybe go somewhere else."

"I was very impressed with Chris, who was working the cash register. We came in with a group of 20 youth basketball players. He was friendly, courteous, accommodating, and extremely cheerful through the process of the kids, ordering food and changing orders. The food was ready pretty quick, and, the order was completed as requested. Thank you so much. All of the kids in our group acknowledged that Chris did a really great job. This kind of customer service is rare!"

"Amazing service and great quality food! I was greeted by a very friendly and efficient employee! I ordered the #1 medium meal for Dine in. She confirmed my order and handed me my drink cup and receipt with a smile! My order arrived shortly after I dispensed my drink and found a seat. The food didn't disappoint! It was hot, fresh, and tasty! The lobby was clean and organized. I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a great meal with great value!"
