Chick-fil-A

"Not ever at any Chick-fil-A especially this one have I received a chicken burrito six dollars for it and it’s the size of my palm. Then I call and the manager starts comparing their burrito to chipotle When no one even even brought up chipotle. No one said anything about it being the size of chipotle burritos they just weren’t the size of your palm. They weren’t the size of little McDonald’s burritos. This is absolutely ridiculous. Six dollars for something the size of my palm That used to be bigger than this the very last time I ordered. Literally smaller than their sandwiches. So I paid $12 for them and got half a burrito each."

"Very busy place this particular day. The food was great. Delivered to our table quite fast for having that many customers. Several employees even took the time to find some obviously popular Polynesian dipping sauce as they had very few left."

"There's a first time for everything, and this was my first time coming to a chick-fil-A and will be my last. I literally have no clue why so many people like this food. Do they have breakfast options that have better chicken in it? I'm not sure. But I will say that being a chicken place, I expect better. Especially with everyone saying it's their favorite. Well, it's my last favorite, to be honest. I have taste buds that work and have been a food snob all my life, but I grew up in the restaurant industry, and I have much higher expectations than the average person. I did go into this hoping to love it and was let down. I ordered the chicken sandwiches, spicy and regular, some fries and a drink. The fries were not too bad, though they could have been hot at a minimum. The chicken sandwiches lacked flavor, were warm (not hot), and just weren't good enough to eat. My son even threw his away. We left disappointed and hungry. I drove to church's chicken instead. I was much more satisfied with their food and sauce. If this is your first time going here, I suggest you order just one thing as a trial."

"Hate to give bad reviews but Chick-fil-A … YOU CAN DO BETTER !!!! This is a franchise. It is only as good as management that oversees everything… and someone is asleep on the job. The fries had the potential to be excellent but they were cold and soft. Hot and crispy would’ve been so much nicer. The bun on the chicken burger was wet! Was there too much sauce? Was it sitting next to something that was damp? I don’t know. We should have complained, but were in a rush. The restaurant was clean… Not much of a wait … The menu is excellent… But the food fell short at this location."
