"I decided to wait to post this after Del Taco and uber-eats failed to assist with poor quality food service. The picture below shows $24 of food delivered to me that was cold, I paid extra for the Quesadilla upgrade and it barely had meat in it. The fries were poor quality and not edible. I unerstand some of this may be control of the delivery company, but ubereats has denied refund and given me a run around and having a supervisor call me at 2am to resolve. I attempted reaching out to customer service and del tac and got an email that has never been followup on. It seems to be an ongoing issue with DelTaco to deliver poor quality experiences and overcharge for to the tune of $24 for one meal that is the size of a small quesdilla with stale and cold fries. Atleast the soda was correct."

"Check my pictures. Worst burrito ever. This must be the D team working tonight. All the cheese on one end of the burrito. Not even folded like a burrito. The beans were at the end opposite of the cheese. It’s a pretty simple thing to put together. Lazy azzz employee made this food."

"Something has shifted with management in the past few months, employees seem burned out. One employee gets incredibly frazzled whenever you check in a mobile order and will chirp 'WE DONT HAVE IT' when you tell her your name. She refuses to understand that you cannot check your order on yourself on the android mobile app. Unfortunately it's part of her job to do it, I wish it was not. I feel bad for her that she can't figure it out, bless her little heart. It's sad someone would get so worked up over something so minor. I can't even be mad at her, it's a lack of management and leadership. The food it's self is comical. It gives my wife and I a good laugh when we open the tacos up. They consistently do not put the secret sauce on the chicken tacos and how they look is so sad. The one in the picture is ordered with no lettuce but come with no secret sauce and hardly any chicken/cheese. I have contacted the website through the link that the owner provides on the numerous bad google reviews and they are completely unresponsive for weeks. They offer zero resolutions to submissions and they really don't care. The only way to get your money back is by doing a charge back on your credit card. What happened to the good ol days?"

"This is an extremely convenient location. The food is good and they have specials and coupons all the time. The chicken soft tacos are just right. The customer service is hit or miss. Some are extremely helpful and courteous. Others act put out when they take your order. One employee is especially condescending while talking to customers. That said, it is worth the visit for reasonable, fresh, and tasty food."

"I like the food here. I use the coupons I receive in the mail and I also have the app on my phone to get discounts. The service is usually quick and the employees are polite. Just be careful when exiting the drive-thru, there is a giant pothole. I like the crunchy value tacos and the Del Taco."
