Sonic Drive-In

"This place is a train wreck. Genuinely might be the worst Sonic of all time. Save your time and DO NOT go here. After waiting ages I was told when trying to place an order to go through the drive through instead, and then after going through the drive through they asked what I wanted to order only to respond with “we’re not taking orders right now sorry,” with a ton of attitude. The craziest part is that’s the third time this month something like that has happened! Safe to say I will not be back — clearly the management does not care about this place."

"Took us FORTY minutes to get 3 items. Staff barely acknowledged us. Had to order at the window because the drive through worker wouldn’t respond for much too long. The employee literally had an airpod in. The food here is not that good or cheap enough for such awful service. To make matter worse, the slush machine was down when that was our main reason of waiting for so long. We will be eating at other fast food places for now on."

"Wasted 25 minutes in the drive through. When I arrived, there were four cars ahead of me. After about 5 minutes at the menu/speaker the cars moved on. It wasn't until I was next that I realized they were just leaving because they were not being acknowledged. I waited for 5 minutes hoping to get lucky. Nope. Not a single order was taken. As I left there were three cars behind me. Maybe one of them got lucky. I will not be returning. I do not recommend. No stars."

"My wife placed a online pickup order, I arrived at Sonic at the designated pickup time (about 15 minutes after the order was placed). I parked at a stall and let them know I was there, waited 25 minutes and my food still wasn't out yet so I pressed the red button and let them know I was still waiting the lady told me they were busy and that my food would be out shortly. Another 20 minutes goes by and my food is finally brought out 3 blasts and a bag with 2 pretzels and tots (it's worth mentioning that even after all that time absolutely none of my food was hot or even remotely warm). I decided to check the bag prior to leaving and they forgot the cheese to our pretzels I had to go up to the doors for and when I got home I realized that one of our blasts was wrong (mine go figure). This isn't the first time something like this has happened, literally every time I go to this sonic something gets messed up, takes forever, or we go and they're open but not taking any orders (not entirely sure how you can be open but not taking orders). I can honestly say I will not be giving this location another dime of my money, and I highly recommend everyone else go elsewhere for their late night snacks."

"DO NOT EAT HERE!!! We went to have lunch for breakfast at around 10:00 a.m. The food was awful, pretty sure they gave us tater tots and French fries from the night before. The food was uneatable! Disgusting is a gentle word to describe the type of food you will be paying for if you choose to eat at this location. Just awful! Save yourself the drama and just go somewhere else to eat!"
