"12/29/23 Update: Tonight's dinner was disappointing. The chicken finger cuts were unusually tiny, and the bread was dry and cold. Despite dining in, our food was packed in a takeout bag. Moreover, the staff preparing the food weren't wearing gloves. We've frequented this branch over a dozen times this year, making it our preferred location, but it's disheartening to see a decline in the usual quality. Original Review with 5 stars: We indulge ourselves eating fast food dinner once in a while and this Raising Cane’s location is our choice. We love the outdoor seating and the food is hearty. It is not the healthiest of options but it is comforting."

"I’ve been to Canes since they opened in Arizona hundreds of times not even EXAGGERATING, and since then… The portion sizes have shrunk, especially here… I told them about it and they remade it .. I came home with my new food I thought they fixed and it was worse. I wish I took picture to compare. Photo attached is their original given. Box combo, no slaw and extra fries. Not so extra. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on unfortunately."

"I ordered a chicken sandwich and when I received it all the ingredients weren’t on it. I went back and asked if it came with lettuce as pictured. Front end guy was helpful enough and asked the cooks to give me the lettuce that wasn’t in my order. Took it back to my seat, opened the container and it was rotten lettuce. Not just a little piece, a big entire leaf was rotten and slimy! In fact it was placed right on top. This is food safety issue as lettuce is the leading cause of food born illness. Hope the management picks up their game."

"Open on Sundays, delicious house made dipping sauce, fresh slaw, speedy service, and crispy chicken fingers all make for an outstanding business model. Raising Cane’s has a funky name but flavorful fingers. I still can’t wrap my head around their origin story, nor do I care to, as I wrap my mouth around this perfectly fried chicken tender. It’s the In & Out of chicken. It’s perfect every time. But I’ll admit, the disco balls are a little over the top."
