"I've eaten here for many years. The make everything from scratch and it tastes just like the classic Sonoran food grandmothers used to cook when I was growing up. Everything is good; my favorites include chicken taco's, chili relleno, carne asada burritos, and beans (made just like at home, never dry). The atmosphere is unpretentious and welcoming. The staff is invariably helpful, friendly and professional. Even at "rush hours" they get food out fast. Absolutely great place!"
"If you like Mexican food Amados is a staple spot to visit. Everything on their menu I have tried has been delicious. I also enjoy their hot sauce. I’d highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you like authentic Mexican food. It’s also open 24 hours with a drive through."
"I want to share that Ive always been hyping this place up because I've been coming here since I was a kid but today on Friday the 3rd of November, whoever was cooking gave me the worst tamale Ive ever had. There was no meat, just literally beef fat. Pretty trashy, makes me wonder how this is acceptable anywhere especially for $12.50. Forgive the picture I threw it in the trash after eating the rice and beans and 1 bite of the tamale after tearing through them to look for meat."
"My old coworkers love, this place. I should have stuck to the burritos which are big fat and apparently delicious. We ordered a number 12 and a number 18, the chile rellenos were very cheesy, and not at all spicy. The beans and rice, in my opinion were tasteless."
