"I went through drive through. I did by mistake ask for a mcdouble. No reason for the treatment I received. I ordered a whopper junior as always. Well, I was asked to wait. Then the girl that brought it out, practically threw it at me. Took it home. It was on a hamburger bun not a whopper junior, the bun was hard as a rock. I couldn't bite into it. I have a photo. Scared anyway. Wondering what they might have done to it more. My fries were all cold stuck together. I have been going to this Burger King for 20 years. Never again. It's so bad. Not at all what it was. Sad. Just sad. Horrible experience."

"I came from out of town and after I ordered I realized that I did not bring my credit card. The lady at BK just gave my iced mocha for free. I tried to call so I could pay over the phone but I think they are busy during lunch time. Thank you BK!!!"

"Brought in my coupon for the family bundle of $17.49. Asked to change one of the whoppers to an impossible party and was charged $3. When I explained that typically I was charged a $1 for the change at other locations and held up the coupon in my face and said it’s not on there. I then pointed out that the price difference between a whopper and an impossible burger is less than $1 she held up the coupon again. That being said, I was already there with my family and didn’t have the energy to drive to another location. There’s a reason I was using the coupon. Don’t recommend this location."

"(OMG, the food in most of the fast food restaurants, diners, donut/bagel shops near Phoenix are So Bad and 15 - 30% more expensive comparing to the ones in Los Angeles.) Around 7:45 am, Nov 2023, first time in this BK: Service/blunt, Coffee/too watery, Cheese Egg Biscuit/good and fresh but smaller than McDonald's, Tater Tots/do not order: hard to chew and rancid."
