"After having subpar experiences at the Camelback and Arcadia locations, I decided to try the Scottsdale restaurant. This will be my go-to location from now on. On. Miss Ruby gave great customer service. She was clean, attentive, and very sweet. The temperature was nice, and the music wasn't too loud."

"Update: CAVA is decent fresh food. However, this particular location has issues. Tonight, the black lentils in my bowl were plentiful and uncooked. How does that happen? I told the kid (it seems as though all employees are kids who are not well trained and personalityless), who said, "OH, I'll let them know." Coming back, she said that she didn't know what to do, except make me a new bowl if I wanted. I didn't want to wait, so I fished around the little black uncooked lentils and ate. As I was leaving, I checked the lentils to see if they were removed or cooked. Nope. Same uncooked black lentils. The fountain juices were loaded with unappealing foam. No reason for any of this. My husband won't go back and I probably won't either. The first thing I noticed was the spaciousness and cleanliness of CAVA. The next thing was the fact that I had to be in and out in 45 min. The line was 28 people (fantastic for CAVA). Behind the counter, 2 and 1 guy working like a dog trying to keep up in the back - chopping and dicing. . Not good but so hard working! Got my order, sitting g with enough time to write my review. The chicken and right rice bowl was great - fresh, tons of flavor, decent size and priced right! All in all, delicious but please get more help to help out your hard working crew!"

"This place is amazing, great options and the workers were friendly. The food stays fresh for days, so I was able to finish it for my lunch at work. The date balsamic dressing is just the right amt of sweet and sour I would recommend."

"These guys are really nice that serve you. I ordered the chicken right rice. But I wanted some changes and they were happy to change things out. They put arugula lettuce in there and I prefer romaine. And I added extra up some vegetables. Your food is so good. They had in a tzatziki sauce and a vinaigrette. They have some really nice specialty juices. The juice I got was cucumber mint lime. The company should put a tip auction on credit cards. Luckily I had some bills and left them a nice tip."
