"I made it clear to the workers that my burrito needed to be remade three times due to their repeated errors. Despite my patience, I observed a young male worker in the back expressing dissatisfaction with my requests. It is not my fault my order was made wrong. Shout out to the nice old man working there. I forgot his name but he was very helpful."

"I come to this taco bell all the time because I live right around the corner from there. But I kid you not I won't even say ALMOST everytime it IS EVERYTIME I go in to that taco bell I'm ALWAYS missing something OR ANOTHER. So I don't feel like driving or going back I try and call. And EVERY TIME I get on the phone to call them it rings and rings and rings and rings. So if I want my items replaced or refunded then I have to get in my car and drive back there. Today I went in and ate there because taco bell is by far my favorite fast food chain to eat at. I ordered 3 chalupas, 3 burrito Supremes, 3 cheesy bean and rice burritos, 2 orders of the chips and nacho cheese and a large drink. I ended up with a medium drink, 2 chalupas, 1 burrito supreme, 4 cheesy bean and rice burritos, 2 monster gordito crunchs and an order of the cinnamon twists. I thought there was a screen that shows what order has what in it. I'm disappointed in this Taco Bell it used to be my favorite but now they are pushing me away each and everytime I go there. I also got a little bit of an attitude from the much younger employees that work there just because I had something wrong with my order. They have always made it right in the past but it's becoming consistent and happening every visit. My last order I told you about has not been made right made right because of the calling issue. They let it ring and ring and no one ever answers. So if that can be made right I would very much appreciate it. Thanks again, Georgia Pineo"

"It's an OK establishment! It's in ASU campus territory! It's pretty clean! They're open 24hs! The only thing that really piss me off was I couldn't go to the restroom after a certain time, but you take my money like I owe yall something, but won't let me pee! Yea, ok!"

"More expensive for less service!! Worst taco I've been to. Nobody working at this location has ANY customer service experience or work ethic. My order was ready for 10 minutes and they never called my name. And when I went to ask for my burrito that was sitting there ready, all 4 people in the kitchen ignored me for 5mns when the burrito was ready to hand over. If they just called me and put it out when ready there would be no issues."

"The quality of my items were incorrectly prepared. I had 9 items stuffed in one single bag and food that was room temperature and very unsafe to eat and most horrible experience I've ever had I did not feed my kids with these health hazard foods due to temperature quality and I haven’t even left the building yet I asked if I can have a remake or refund for the items I was immediately turned away and disrespected by employees and intimidated, because every employee inside of the kitchen/ restaurant came to the front and all had something to do or say about my return when I was already was in communication about the situation to the manager who is also unprofessional his reason of no return is because it was expensive my order was exactly $17.83 I asked if I can speak to hire management he said search it on the internet but i definitely will be taking action over the health concerning matter I asked for a remake before a refund I want to make sure people know what they might get when they come to This location (older male grey hair) aka manger be ready for and a rude experience (WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER) EVER EVER Photos indicate the amount of items stuffed in a single bag"
