"We ate here twice this week while visiting relatives. First time I got a great breakfast. Second time, not so much. My first omelet was puffy and about an inch thick, what iHop usually looks like. Second time it was flat, about half the thickness. Also the first time I got three large pancakes, the second time they were small, like two pancakes disguised as three."
"The young woman who served us was in bad spirits, unnecessarily rude, and seriously out of line. We ordered a double burger (that was advertised on the menu) and did not receive it and when we went to ask about it she, very impolitely, told us it wasn’t an option on the menu. When we pointed it out on the menu to her she quickly changed her demeanor and became more aggressive and pointed her fingers in our face. Very disappointed as this was supposed to be a nice family outing. I hope she takes the tip and becomes a nicer server or finds a different job that better suits her abilities."
"I am not one to typically post reviews but we went to this location tonight for dinner and received the worst service EVER. Our server was a sweet guy named Spencer who was truly doing his best amid getting a rush of table (large tables) I counted he had 7-8 tables with 5+ people at many of them. He was trying his best to keep up the entire time even though NO ONE else was helping him. Yet there was a woman named Sarah there the whole time and she was just re-wiping a table we already saw her wipe and refill syrup on the side of the restaurant with NO ONE in it while we couldn’t even get a refill or our order taken for over 30+ minutes. I believe the server was absolutely doing all he could to assist us but he was drowning and the other person did absolutely nothing to help him and all the customers suffered which is absolutely ridiculous. We will never return to this location."
