"Haven’t eaten at a Rally’s since I was a kid and now I remember why. The food is absolutely disgusting and I mean disgusting. The meat on the burgers tastes like mushy artificially flavored garbage. The buns were stale and the vegetables were soggy and clearly old and not fresh. The fries are the only saving grace here, those were pretty good. Overall so disappointing will never ever be back this was the biggest waste of money."

"If I could give less than one for service I would. We went through the drive through and first had to deal with the horrible automated drive through attendant. Second when I got to the window the girl immediately started trying to tap my card even though I said I needed to turn it on in the app. She proceeded to keep tapping my card multiple times. I could see in my app that the charge went through but she proceeded to argue that it hadn't. The supposed manager came to the window and I also showed her my transactions where the payment came out. She said, "it's pending" and walked away. They refused to come back to the window for several minutes while there's a huge line behind me. Finally the girl comes back and when I ask for the managers name she says, "I don't know" and states at me blankly. As it was clear they were not going to help me I took a photo of the store phone number and left. Guess what.... when I attempted to call this morning nobody answered. How convenient. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank and wait for my money back. I've been to Rally's many times and usually have a great experience but this was awful. I will not be going back to this location ever. Absolutely horrible service all the way around."

"First time here and Absolutely loved their food. Only outside seating and at first we weren't sure if they were even open. Food came very quick, husband and I got 2 Large Buford Cheeseburger Combo meals with fries and drinks for less than $20 total and for the quality, quantity, and price you just can't find that much nowadays. I would compare it to Five Guys or In N Out except the Fries are similar to Arby's curly fries without the curl. There is no public restroom at all and fries are pretty greasy so bring something to clean your hands with if you're eating there. Would recommend getting to go especially if you've never been."

"I like it! I grew up with Checkers in NY so seeing Rally's was pretty cool. Wish the seating area was better but the food was good. Love the funnel cake fries!"

"8/20/23 $11.12 ordered Big Buford combo and it was delicious! I liked the seasoned fries. They gave enough ketchup for 3 people. The burger was cooked to perfection! Well, seasoned meat patties, fresh tomatoes, onion, and pickles. I was impressed by this meal. I had never had Rally’s before."
