Sonic Drive-In

"I order online all the time at this location before I head out to work. I work nights, so I tried to order at 11:20 pm. It kept saying they were having difficulties, to try later. I Tried several more times, then I got the message that is location was closed. So I rushed to get there before they closed. I got there at 11:54 pm. They ignored me at the drive-thru and all of the lights were off over the stalls as well as the screens. I even pulled up to the window and there was no one in sight. Your hours say open until 12 am. I realize they were probably trying to go home early, but I have shown up before at 11:59 and they've always taken my order. I am a regular customer and haven't had very many problems at this location, but last night was a complete disappointment."

"If the burgers didn't taste clearly microwaved, I could do better on the food part of the review. I wish I didn't have to avoid their burger, but the rest of the menu is solid."

"After pulling into 3 different stalls just to find one that worked (seem like half the screens don’t work), We had to wait for 20 minutes after pushing order button, just to be told that they are only doing door dash or Uber eats pick up. No drive thru or in store orders anymore. I guess you can only call in orders ahead of time now. Very rude to have to wait so long just to be told to go somewhere else"

"My 4-star food rating isn’t really significant; it’s fast food, and I primarily stop for a drink. BUT the employees here are exceptional in the service industry. I wish, specifically, I’d asked the name of the woman who helped me a few days ago. My Diet Coke tasted like something other than Diet Coke. I hit the little red button and let them know. She came out, of course, with a new drink, but then apologized sincerely and thanked ME for two things…what? First, for being so good about it. More significantly, for alerting them to a problem with the syrup ratio in their machine they now knew to address before there were more unhappy customers. Seriously. She immediately took away the trepidation I often feel about expressing even a legitimate complaint. I can’t imagine anyone caring to read a long, positive review of a fast food place, but I hope a manager of this location takes notice and puts an extra bonus in the stockings of the employees at this location on Elliot Rd in Tempe."

"Second time ordering with this sonic and it recieve horrible food and drinks. First time popcorn chickeñ hard as a rock and burger cold. Today this is my drink supposed to be a strawberry slushier. You can't call them you have to go back up there and complain. Sonic is going down the drain. I won't be wasting another break there"
