"How long has this been in the the bldg, I feel as if it was a different establishment about 30 years ago? Anyway, the black beans were SALTY.... street tacos were not the small street tacos. Maybe she got my order wrong? Anyway, i would not go back, but to each their own."

"We love to walk here! The happy hour specials are so great, I love that they have them on the weekend! The service is great, our server Serenity seemed busy but was so sweet and always had time to check on us! Cute little place for a nice lunch or dinner. The sangria margarita is soooo good!"

"One of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to so far this year in AZ! Restaurant is clean and spacious, service is very friendly and quick, and menu options are very flexible with a lot of variety! Got Rosita's Sampler Platter for $20 with a choice of 8 items of MANY choices with rice and beans. Had the mini chimis, beef taco, cheese enchiladas, and Chile rilleno. Was a ton of food and great variety of options to sample. Mini chimis and cheese enchiladas were my fav. Chips are just ok, ordered the bean dip and it was definitely something I'd order again. Our total bill was under $62 after tip which wasn't bad for all thar food! All in all, I will definitely be back and would highly recommend!"

"Food was a bit strange to my liking. Ordered a carne asada burrito and for some reason, they come unassembled? They wrap the meat with the tortilla then serve rice, beans, Pico de gallo, and an onion/cilantro mix on the side. All of it can be put inside of the burrito (in my opinion) but I’m not sure they don’t fill the tortilla. Maybe there were complaints? Overall, steak tasted good, just needed to have the burrito fixin’s inside of it. Chips and salsa not bad, the salsa rojo can definitely sneak up on you but has nice flavor. Service was good, our server was Keagan who was pleasant and prompt. Restaurant is a little aged so the atmosphere and decor was nothing to write home about. Overall experience was mediocre. Wish them the best of luck in the future."

"Rosita's has some actually spicy salsa that gets served after you sit down. I tried the enchilada platter. It's a Mexican take on an enchilada casserole. It was alright, but I would not take that over regual enchiladas. I felt like not enough sauce in the platter. Rice and beans are good. The Chile cheese crisp was good and my companion compared it to the quality at Susie's ( a well-known place down the road that frankly I enjoy a bit more.) The food is pretty americanized. Lots of Yellow cheese on everything. If you are looking for white people taco night you will not be disappointed. The server was very friendly and quite accommodating. The water after we sat down took long enough for me to wonder to my friends if she had forgotten us. But it didn't seem like lackadaisical or anything. Just busy. The ice tea was fresh brew and good. I couldn't see Wi-Fi so I'm not sure about if they have it. I'd give the food about 3.5 stars. But I haven't tried everything. Nothing wrong. Nothing gonna wow you."
