"food is fantastic. i am always gonna get a triple dipper and the bottomless chips and salsa. staff is amazing and attentive. tiki beach party margarita was blue and tropical. presidente margarita was oddly delicious."

"I came in today on 03/07/2024 at -approximately 3:00 p.m. There was very nice young lady who greeted my boyfriend and I right away. We were headed over to an booth and when a server told us we couldn’t sit there. I was just a little appalled and led back but her attitude, no apology was said. So we walked away & the entire seating areas was full with 5-6 tables of group of people but the entire restaurant was empty besides that one area. I told the nice young lady that we would sit at the bar. My boyfriend and I waited for someone to greet us but nobody showed up to acknowledge us. Then! I was looking down at my phone patiently waiting and that’s when this African American lady (the server earlier that told us not to sit at the booth previously) Bumped the back of my head with a tray full of food! So rude! She didn’t even apologize or seem to care. I told my boyfriend and I to leave. I’ve always come to Chilis and had better experiences. So unfortunate and unprofessional, I expected better service for one of my favorite restaurant."

"First and foremost…. GET THEIR MOLTEN CAKE WITH ICE CREAM!!! It is the best dessert I have ever had in the US. The cake and the fudge(tastes exactly like the chocolate from chocolate fountains) The place was really aesthetic. I personally loved the different options like, three for me, lunch combos(time restricted) and à la cart. I got the three for me combo. It comes with starter, juice or soup and main course. I got chips and salsa, lemonade, chicken sandwich . They also give refills on the lemonade. If you want to go and dine in, it is such an amazing place . Overall, I had a really good experience with it."

"We stopped in for the chips and salsa and also the chicken tenders. The chicken tenders have definitely changed since I’ve been there 10 years ago. I was really looking forward to light wispy batter. We also asked our server multiple times for refills and an extra salsa dish and she never followed through. Bummer but it’s not like we starved. The salsa is just so dang good! The chips were stale. Thankfully a food runner helped us out by bringing an extra set of utensils since we were only given 1 and an extra plate as we were sharing our meal. We’ll be back for salsa but prob sit at the bar where we can access staff for missing items."

"Ordered online for curbside pickup. It was easy. Arrived a little early and our food was brought out to my car on time. The employee was friendly and professional. As always the food was hot and delicious. We ordered the 3 for me deal. See the attached pictures and video. I highly recommend this location."
