"I ordered online. When I got there, they told me that they didn't have the bread I wanted (white). I asked why they didn't call to let me know, they explained they were both new and didn't know how. I accepted wheat bread. Got to work and opened the wrapper to the stalest bread ever. Highly disappointed. I want my money back!"

"I watch a woman ahead of me ask to use the restroom, so they gave her a key. When I asked, I was told I had to buy something. I get having a policy (terrible) of having to buy something but don't treat people differently."

"It's like jersey Mike's ghetto cousin but the same price really not impressed wouldn't recommend. Also the guy at the counter just assumed anther customer and I were homeless and wouldn't let us use the restroom until we payed. Completely disappointed in going here"

"Ordered the hot pastrami melt on sourdough with all the toppings. It was so so so tasty! I'd definitely order the same meal again next time. The employees were friendly and made sure to make my order to perfection. The only complaint I have is that the store was slightly too chilly inside, so I ate outside."

"Once I walked in I was happy to see all the subs had pictures of what they looked like right next to the name of the sub! They have salads and cold/ hot subs. I ordered the hot sub chicken breast with avocado and bacon on a sourdough roll. The sandwich was delicious and not skimping on any portions. Also the facilities were very clean and customer service was relatively Pleasant but not overbearing. I would definitely recommend coming here"
