"Good food, but they seem to skimp on food portions more every time we visit. Prices are higher now everywhere so you should really be getting what you pay for. Other then that no issues at this location so far."

"I like this location, but I do have one gripe. There is a particular person (,who from the reviews I can only assume is ‘Kyle’,) that has the Worst attitude. I mean, will look you in the face, mean mug and roll his eyes while throwing your food around. It’s like he can’t be done dealing with customers soon enough! I’ve worked in hectic retail, I truly get it and empathize with those having a bad day.. but I can say I have genuinely never witnessed someone be so consistently rude to people in a service position. I also believe it is an issue when how an employee is feeling affects the portion size of a $13+ meal. The fact that there are multiple reviews highlighting this individual says enough. That being said, I haven’t had any issues with the food itself outside of the hit or miss portions. Always very yum! Everyone else working in there is usually just vibing and provides great customer service too, which makes it worth going back :)"

"I ordered two bowls thru the Chipotle app and the time promised that the food would be ready was 11:00 AM. The food didn't come out until 11:20 AM and when I called the store to ask if they can make it right, Kyle said there is nothing they can do on their end not even an attempt at an apology for the food taking so long. Really disappointed with the timeliness and the complete lack of empathy from the employees. Won't be ordering here again after this experience."

"I've been to other locations and this is by far the worst! I asked for the wholesome which that I was ordering for my Mom. The worker helping at the counter didn't know what that was and looked at a guide card thing-ok fine. But this guy was tweaked out of his mind! He had to look 2 inches away from the card because he was having such difficulty. Is this location THAT desperate for workers that they hire meth addicts on their team? One of the other guys ( which seemed normal), was working on the meat portion trying to scrape at the pan for the last bit of meat and added it to my bowl. He said it was going to be a 20-30 minutes for more pork. (Had the chef been more on top of things, he wouldn't have felt so desperate to scrape any pan!) I told him no thanks and to remove the burnt meat scraping from the bowl, and that I would settle for the steak instead because I couldn't wait around for the pork. They were out of the peppers at first, as well. So their cook was too slow as well, or not getting enough help back there. Finally, the manager came out because he noticed the line was piling up and he thought it was MY fault. No! It's your fault for hiring meth addicts! Even the manager was rude to me by asking me if I wanted anything else on my bowl. I ignored him the first time because he was being rude. The manager asks me again if I wanted anything else on my bowl. I looked at him and said " um yes, I'm STILL talking to your employee about the rest of the toppings. Do better people."

"I just left chipotle and have never been so disrespected in my life. The employee their name KYLE was so rude to me. All I asked for was a veggie bowl and it was only 9:30pm. I understand it was close to closing time but this is a business and the service I received was not nice! He needs to be fired! He literally threw my food in the bowl and had a really bad attitude. I will be contacting corporate and sharing this on all social media platforms. Please share this. I’m an so upset. This is not ok! This is the chipotle located at 4423 East Thomas Rd. Phoenix!"
