"VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! the old women with white hair gave me nothing but attitude from the start and made me feel uncomfortable ordering my food an speaking to her at the window and then she was shoving the bag of food into my car window then took it back because they were not sure if I paid my $30 worth of food never going back to this location again"

"Typical fast food. good ,juicy . I had the double cheese meal large size with a frosty. This is where the issue is. It may be trivial but at 17.80 for the "value meal" a large fry should fill the large fry carton not only half way . Always check your drive thru orders before you leave."

"I tried doing a Mobile order and the lady told me I can’t pick it up through the drive through with no car. I was on my bike. She was extremely rude and hostile. Never coming here again. This happened right now about ten minutes ago if management can check who this rude person was. I was trying to order food for my family since this is one of the only places open late around here."

"Don't know her name but the woman working the drive thru window on 12/4/23 at around 11pm was extremely rude, told me she had no frosty for my pickup order which was fine, I told her that was no problem. Once I got my food I was trying to check the receipt to make sure I wasn't charged for and that my things were correct and she kept repeating "bye have a good night" 3 times so I would drive off. I parked in one of the parking spots and realized I was given the wrong sizes for my drinks and my sides, and was still charged for the frosty, I went back to the window and a man came up and when I told him my sizes were incorrect he told me "oh uhh yeah thats the large size now". I just ended up driving off because it was late and I just wanted to get home. I've reached out to wendys customer service and have heard nothing back and when I attempt to call the customer service line I sit on hold for 15 mins before it hangs up. I literally have never had such a bad experience at wendys before."

"Wendy’s is a great fast food burger and the milkshakes and fries are pretty darn good as well. Fast and friendly service and the new high tech beverage dispenser. Not fast food, but good food fast! VictorB"
