"It's more about concept and execution. I advise (as if they would listen) that S&G stray not from the basic offering because what it does is just fine. You can get a fully-fledged big-salad meal for two for under $20. And it's totally not killing you(depending on your dressing, oc). So the buoyancy of your wallet will keep you afloat; not the lethargy of your fatted coil. Otherwise; go to Mickey D's and slouch your way to Gomorrah, paying a premium to do so. The human body DOES need lipids. But have you ever cleaned out a deep-fat fryer? It can be an eye-opener. And an every-other-thing-that-can-opener. Maybe all at once. Okay. I'm being hyperbolic but man; (and I can't believe I'm saying this) S&G also believes in the ugly-vegetable doctrine. That is pretty cool. They just have to keep a careful toe on the slack-line above the ugly-because-it's-overripe abyss. Not a critique. Just an advisiory, Let not your heart be troubled, because -as far as I know- there is no foreseeable plummet."

"Place is always busy during lunch like everywhere else, employees are always fast and somewhat friendly (could be friendlier). Sometimes employees work little too fast that they forget to add forks and napkins but the salads are always good and filling here.... super cheap as well!! Always a great place if you're in a rush and go for the healthy food option."

"When I receive my order, I could tell if there was Parmesan cheese on top of it. I showed the employee and informed her that I thought that it was Parmesan cheese instead of looking at the salad. She looked at the order screen and said I don’t think so. Instead of correcting the order. I trusted that maybe it was just some crumbles from the chicken that it could’ve been the bottom of the barrel, but it was Parmesan cheese. And I left out of frustration that she referred to her order screen instead of paying attention to the fact that I had informed her that she had given me some thing that was not included in my order. Obviously it would not be on the order screen because I did not order Parmesan cheese, resulting in the one star is the lack of attention from the employees. The lack of attention from the person preparing the salad, and the lack of care to show that they gave me the correct order. Not to mention, there is no utensil provided or napkins, and I had to ask for a straw. The employee who refused to pay attention to my concern was female with short hair above the ears and wearing a hat. I get it’s busy but the lack of customer service is frustrating. I also ordered double bacon there was hardly any. Don’t recommend this one. Especially if it’s busy. They do not care about customer service at all Edit to add: upon reading other reviews seems like this is an on going issue for this location. Maybe they need to management or better employees. They seem to not give double portions when requested, get orders correctly, and disregard customers constantly."
