"DO NOT EAT HERE! The food was not good. I ordered sliders. They were greasy, soggy, and wet. My friend ordered the same and asked that her's be remade. They remade them the same way, greasy, soggy, and wet. It was a waste of money. This is not Chicago White Castle. I do not recommend this location. DO NOT EAT HERE!"

"Having heard from an East Coast native that the White Castle in Arizona doesn't quite match up, the experience turned out to be underwhelming. Despite the bustling noon crowd, the staff managed to keep both the indoor and outdoor dining areas clean. Yet, I couldn't shake the feeling that the food didn't quite justify the price. While the chicken sliders were decent, there are better options elsewhere. The beef sliders were tasty, but the portions felt too small for a $10 combo."

"I ate at White Castle for the first time ever today. I’ve heard many stories about the popularity of this chain and I’ve tried their frozen sliders from the grocery store before. I thought the frozen sliders are ok, but not great, but thought that they might be better when cooked and served fresh. I ordered #1 on the menu, which is 4 cheese sliders, small fries and small fountain drink. The total was $11.23. I wasn’t expecting to bite into a pickle since the sliders from the grocery store don’t have pickles. This was not a pleasant surprise since I don’t like pickles. The lobby was not that big but there was additional seating outside on the patio. It has been suggested that people who grew up eating White Castle from a young age really like their food, whereas people who try it for the first time as an adult are not overly impressed. The latter describes me. I’m glad for the experience, but doubt that I will be back; it just wasn’t anything special."

"New restaurant in south Tempe, Arizona. Rolled up to a completely empty parking lot and empty drive-through but yet entire parking lot was filled with employees in Orange vest and they even had police blocking off the road. Told me I would have to park and go into the restaurant for faster service. So I did, and the entire restaurant was less than half full and the outside eat area was completely empty and there’s no line at the register. Ordered my food and waited just a few minutes for my meal. French fries were mediocre at best and the hamburgers were comparable to the frozen ones I have bought at the grocery store for years. Even the fresh hamburgers looked somewhat retarded, and I was significantly disappointed at the Build quality of said hamburgers at a restaurant that has been open for only a couple days. Hope they do well, but I doubt I will ever come back to this restaurant."
