"DO NOT GO HERE. I will never go again. They messed up my order and told me to come back and they would give me the correct sandwich. Drove all the way back from my house for them to tell me I needed to bring the burger and the receipt... No one told me that on the phone. Now I have to drive all the way back home to get the (now cold) burger to Go all the way back to the store! They had no care for my time, gas, or money that I had to waste for THEIR mistake. Let a lone the food they did get right was COLD by the time I could eat it. Never will come back here. Was a big Jack in the Box fan but I refuse to spend my hard earned money on places with ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did nothing to make up for this and when I spoke to the MANAGER about me being upset for all of this, she ignored me! Apparently Jack in the Box doesn’t know how to hire managers."

"Generally inconsistent experiences, most people in the speaker boxes will just say 1 or 2 words and the speaker is very quiet so it's easy to miss. "Hi" or "Welcome to Jack". Food is fast food. Random days they will close, today writing this they say they have 0 burgers, as a back up I asked about breakfast since it's all day, also said no. If there are 2 people in the drive thru when you pull up, just turn around, they can't handle 2 at a time so 3 is just a disaster. It's unfortunate because of their pretty prime location but they really don't seem to care one way or the other. Looking for good food, eat at the Taco Bell on uni, I know the AGM and they have an amazing team over there that really is just an awesome experience."

"Stopped off with a co-worker to get some lunch. I only had the onion rings and a sports drink. My associate had a combo meal. My onion rings were great because they were freshly made and hot. Fast service, friendly staff, good food. Says it all."

"With a google search and a bug sign in this locations window you’ll be out under the belief that it’s 24hr drive thru, but after wasting time and gas to go out of your way for a bite to eat after work I’m told several nights in a row that they’re only open to DoorDash and Uber and I can’t order in the drive thru. Being open to DoorDash and Uber only is good and all but don’t advertise something so loudly that you are actively not providing."
