"The food was pretty good... great price for the fish sandwiches and decent taste as well! The employees are always very friendly and helpful even during busy times. There was a gentleman at a table towards the back that definitely had problems. Cussing at the air for several minutes among other things was not a good atmosphere at all. I'd return, but will use the drive-thru in the future."

"1st time at this location.. Let's just say I'm glad I live across the street lol. Staff was great. Polite and even offered a drink while we waited. Food was hot and fresh and the order was correct. Even rang the bell on the way out. Good job guys."

"Pulled up to drive through as it was getting dark out, unable to see the menu due to no lights on. Asked drive through person if the menu has lights and they say no. Have to pull up the menu on our phones to order. When we pull up to the window to pay, the lights all turn on. As we pull away we notice the menu is now lit up and the personnel lied. Get home and notice sandwiches are pitifully small and half the curly fries I ordered are crinkle fries. To be charged $18 for the 2 small sandwiches and 1 wrong fry and the terrible experience is enough to avoid Arby's going forward."

"Do not go here unless you are miserable, contemplating self-harm and just want to feel good about your life because I guarantee the only people more miserable than you right now are these kids. I started coming here in August when I moved to a new place just a couple of miles away. I was so excited that I lived near an Arby’s because they have some of the best mozzarella sticks. That is the ONLY good thing I can say about this location. These kids NEVER smile unless they are horsing around with each other inside. Every time I have visited this place, they all act like they are inconvenienced to have to help their customers. There’s never a “Hi! How are you tonight?” or “What sauces would you like with this?” or “Thank you; have a great night!” It’s always, “Pull up to the side and they’ll bring it out when it’s done” as they close the window in your face. And don’t get me started on the whole “pull up” thing. The pudgy girl with the dark hair… is she a manager? A shift leader? Who is she? Because she doesn’t listen to anything. And every time they have me pull up, they bring the food out with NONE of the sauces I ask for and the food is almost always old and gross. Just tonight, I ordered the Mac and Cheese Balls and Jalapeno Poppers and I guarantee they gave me food that had been sitting there for a while and then dropped into the fryer again for a few seconds before bagging them. The Mac and Cheese balls tasted burnt. I’ve decided that I am not going back to this location for a while. I’m going to hope that management is reading these reviews and actually does something to improve the quality of food and service at this store. I understand this is fast food. But it’s also supposed to be convenient. And when I choose to patronize your business and spend my money with you and I get bad service from kids who are only there for the paycheck and food that is worse than I can get from Circle K… it’s not very convenient. Y’all need to either hire workers who give a damn about your business or just shut down because this is just sad and embarrassing. I am literally embarrassed FOR you."
